4. Prices

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are indicated separately before order confirmation.

5. Payment Methods

Customers may pay using the methods available on the Shopify platform, including:

  • Other payment methods available at checkout

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, without providing any reason.

Returned products must be:

  • unused

  • undamaged

  • in their original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code.

In case of defective products, customers are entitled to replacement or refund.

10. Liability

The seller shall not be held liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of the purchased products.
